If you have a passion for children and are looking for an opportunity to help children in your community, Friends of CASA may be for you. We are looking for quality individuals to help further our mission for abused and neglected children in the 5th Judicial District through a new committee called Friends of CASA.
Friends of CASA is a volunteer opportunity dedicated to supporting the mission of CASA by:
- Strengthening community awareness and public appreciation.
- Contributing to its financial strength
- Identifying potential CASA volunteers
- Providing appropriate service to CASA staff and board
Friends of CASA is standing committee of the Board of Directors, with a Chairperson providing the link between the Board and Friends of CASA;
Project and Task opportunities include:
- Public Relations and Outreach – brochure distribution, volunteer fairs, community events and educate the public about CASA.
